活動目的Objectives｜ 經濟部中小企業處自民國78年推動OTOP(One Town One Product)一鄉鎮一特產之地方特色 產業輔導計畫，以地方獨特性、創新性、歷史性及文化性的各項在地資源，創造無法被複 製的新價值，形塑台灣在地新生活形態。 The Small and Medium Enterprise Administration (SMEA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) began promoting the One Town One Product (OTOP) guidance program for local characteristic industries in 1989 to make locally unique, innovative, historical and cultural creations of new value that cannot be duplicated in order to shape a new lifestyle for Taiwan. 今年，經濟部中小企業處特別辦理「2011第一屆OTOP海外伴手禮大賞」，挑選出具有台灣 在地意象的25項食品、7項工藝伴手禮，藉由「OTOP海外伴手禮品評」會讓國外友人更進一 步認識台灣的獨特美食及精緻工藝，並於現場票選出OTOP最佳人氣海外伴手禮食品、工藝各3項。到台灣，別忘了帶份伴手禮，分享台灣的美好! This year during the 2011 First OTOP Overseas Souvenir Awards held by SMEA, a selection was made of 25 uniquely Taiwanese culinary delicacies and 7 handicraft gifts. The OTOP Overseas Souvenir Election can help foreign friends to gain a better understanding of Taiwan's distinctive gourmet cuisine and exquisite arts and crafts by holding a vote for the three most popular overseas OTOP handicraft and food product souvenirs. When coming to Taiwan, don't forget to take back some souvenirs to share the excellence of Taiwan with friends and family. 參加資格Qualifications to Participate｜ 非中華民國籍人士(限額70名)，入場請攜帶邀請函，一張邀請函限1人入場。 Non-ROC nationals (no more than 70 participants in total). OTOP海外伴手禮品評會活動現場將準備各式台灣在地的伴手禮，包含美食與工藝品項，邀 請您在品味過後，票選您最喜歡的道地台灣味。 The OTOP Overseas Souvenir Evaluation Election activity site will prepare each local Taiwanese souvenir, including gourmet food and handicraft products, and invite you to vote on your favorite authentic taste of Taiwan after sampling or checking out each item. 除此之外，現場更規劃各式互動體驗區，包含台灣茶道、客家擂茶等，讓您親身體驗台灣 伴手禮的豐富創意與在地特色，並可在現場寄發各式伴手禮明信片，將您最愛的台灣印象 分享給遠在他鄉的親友! Besides this, there are also plans for a more interactive hands-on experience that includes the Taiwanese Tea Ceremony and the Hakka Tea Grinding, among other activities, that will give you a very personal encounter with the richly creative, local characteristics of Taiwanese souvenir gifts.You will also be able to send a souvenir postcard from the venue to share your favorite impressions of Taiwan with close friends in distant places. 票選規則Voting Regulations｜ 將於活動入場時發送紅色或藍色識別證，以區分為兩路線。領取紅色識別證由美食伴手禮 區開始品嚐，藍色識別證則由工藝伴手禮區及DIY體驗區開始進行，並於30分鐘後交換區域 體驗，進行最佳人氣票選。 Upon entering the venue you will be given either a red or a blue ID card to divide the area into two lines. Those receiving a red ID card will sample gourmet food souvenirs. Those receiving a blue ID card will check out arts and crafts souvenirs and will also start to carry out a DIY experience.
