吃飽飯後請不要做出以下七種行為
: *Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after

不要抽菸--專家的研究證明在飯後來根煙就相當於平常抽十根煙的量(致癌機率提高)

: cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal
: or 1hr before meal.
不要立刻吃水果--在飯後立刻吃水果會造成胃中脹滿空氣(就胃脹氣啦),因此最好
在飯後一兩個小時在吃水果或是在飯前一小時吃。
: *Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This
: substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be
: hardened thus difficult to digest.
不要喝茶--因為茶葉中含有非常多的酸,這種酸性物質會使剛吃的食物中的蛋白質
變硬而難以消化。
: *Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause
: the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
不要鬆開你的腰帶--吃飽後鬆開腰帶(或放鬆腰帶的緊度)會使腸子容易不正常
的絞動和阻塞。
: *Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to
: the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will
: therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
不要立刻洗澡--飯後立刻洗澡容易使流到手腳和身體的血液增加,因此在胃附近的
血就會減少。這樣對消化系統中的胃不好。
: *Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps
: and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will
: cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food
: we intake.
不要散步--人們常說飯後走個一百步可以使你活到九十九歲,其實這不是真的。
走路時會造成消化系統難以去吸收吃下的食物中的營養。
: *Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest
: properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.
不要立刻睡覺--這樣的話我們吃的食物就難以立刻吸收,這樣對腸胃都不好
