(08年Ryan就已經接任遊騎兵總裁) 根據規定Purke可在2011年再度進入選秀會, 同年4月,Purke不幸傷到他吃飯的左肩膀. 2011年選秀會國民以第2指名(第3輪第1順位)選進Purke, 同09年遊騎兵提出的4M也算是給了他面子, Purke與Rendon,Meyer一同出席球團召開的記者會, 正式成為國民體系中的一員. 2012年延長春訓,五月底至1A報到,先發3場後進入7-day DL. 因為小聯盟球季較短,很遺憾,likely done for season. ============================================================================== 國民簽Purke是一注4M的樂透, 殘酷的是對Purke來說卻可能是不得不接受的唯一選擇. 新版勞資協議實施後聯盟對各球隊能運用的簽約金都有硬性規定, 以今年來說前10順位的新人: #01 Carlos Correa 4.8 M #02 Byron Buxton 6.0 M #03 Mike Zunino 4.0 M #04 Kevin Gausman 4.32M #05 Kyle Zimmer 3.0 M #06 Albert Almora 3.9 M #07 Max Fried 3.0 M #09 Andrew Heaney 2.6 M #10 David Dahl 2.6 M 前四順位才有>4M的身價. 以肩膀出過問題的Purke來說幾乎是不可能拿到前四順位. 新版勞資協議將持續至少5年, 5年後,27歲Orz 況且屆時會變成什麼樣子又有誰知道? 去年不簽的話不會有更好的條件. 肩膀出狀況前Purke在大學能輕鬆投出92~94, 傷後秋季聯盟初登板極速約92,均速low-90, 小聯盟正式出賽數字也差不多. 除了球速下降外控球依然不理想. 今年球團應該會更審慎嚴格掌握他的身體狀況與復健進度, 對他的期待可能要被迫延到明年了. --
