Nationals General Manager Mike Rizzo provided updates on catcher Jesus Flores and starters Ross Detwiler and Chien-Ming Wang, the three injured Nationals who have been on the 60-day disabled list all season: *Flores (shoulder surgery) is catching a handful of innings at a time and throwing to bases in simulated games. There is no set timetable for him to begin play in full games, but Rizzo is confident he'll play this season. "It's a certainty, unless he has a setback," Rizzo said.
