標題[問題] 手機無法使用資料庫

平常會用手機，
連上學校的網路，
收聽Naxos Music Library。
但今天突然在新體無法連上，
回宿舍後也無法連上。
我看了訊息，
似乎是指我的IP不對:
The Internet location you are entering from is not authorized to access the NM
L.
Authentication Type: IP Authentication
Client IP Address: 66.249.82.190
我在新體都是連NTU的無線網路，
回宿舍都是用隔壁舍胞好心授權的無線網路分享器。
以前都沒出過問題，怎麼現在突然連不上?
