标题[问题] 手机无法使用资料库

平常会用手机，
连上学校的网路，
收听Naxos Music Library。
但今天突然在新体无法连上，
回宿舍後也无法连上。
我看了讯息，
似乎是指我的IP不对:
The Internet location you are entering from is not authorized to access the NM
L.
Authentication Type: IP Authentication
Client IP Address: 66.249.82.190
我在新体都是连NTU的无线网路，
回宿舍都是用隔壁舍胞好心授权的无线网路分享器。
以前都没出过问题，怎麽现在突然连不上?
