標題[公告] 莊正民老師國企管6/10個案討論Benetton S.p.A

報告組別：
第十一組、第十二組、第十三組、第十四組
各組負責工作：
第十一組：更新Benetton S.p.A最新的資料以及現況，以及其他任何同學有興趣的資訊。
第十二組：
1.What business is Benetton in? What are the key successful factors in
this business? What core competences does Benetton possess?
2.What are the major characteristics of the operation of Benetton in
terms of internalization and externalization of activities? What are the
pros and cons for this pattern of operation? Why did Benetton choose
this pattern?
第十三組：
3.How did Benetton control and coordinate its subcontractors in
manufacturing? What are the major underlying mechanisms for the
stability of those long-run relationships? What are the problems
and what can be improved?
4.How did Benetton manage its externalized retailing activities? What
accounts for its successful operation? What can be improved? How did agent
system cover the agency costs that might exist in an externalized firm?
第十四組：
5.What may be the problems of managing manufacturing network and
retailing network resulting from international expansion of Benetton?
How could those problems be solved?
6.Any other discussion you want.
老師說「留三十分鐘給他」，所以大概每一組上台時間約半個小時。各組請控制好時間。
另外，請做好各組之間的資訊交流，
盡量不要講到重複的部分，也不要漏失了重要的部分。
在書面報告部分，每一組都需要對每個問題作答，請在報告當天繳交，逾時不候。
請做一張封面，包含報告題目、組員資料、組別、全組簽名。
要上台的組別，請在上課前一天寄給助教
[email protected]，
檔案名稱格式：「組別-個案-題目.ppt」，例如「第11組-Benetton-update.ppt」
並且請在上課前十分鐘將您要報告的資料以隨身碟存至上課用NB。
