我在FIFA的網站又看到一篇 IFAB clarifies the on-field application of "Law 11-Offside" http://www.fifa.com/en/media/index/0,1369,109139,00.html 上文於2005/8/18刊於FIFA的網站 上面說到 "今年2/26所更改的新規則 Law 11 and Decisions 1 and 2 (即與越位相關的規則) ,其措詞與精神沒有改變.但是新規則一次應用在場上時有些需要澄清的地方" 包括以下兩段敘述 1. "A player in an offside position may be penalised before playing or touching the ball if, in the opinion of the referee, no other team-mate in an onside position has the opportunity to play the ball." 2. "If an opponent becomes involved in the play and if, in the opinion of the referee, there is potential for physical contact , the player in the offside position shall be penalised for interfering with an opponent." 其實我覺得越解釋越怪.. 1.說到 如果處於onside隊友沒機會play the ball,那麼處於offside的人他在觸球前就可以判他 犯規...... 但是沒說到如果處於onside隊友有機會play the ball,那麼處於offside的人在觸球前 算不算犯規 但我覺得 從上兩篇西甲比賽的文字敘述來看 如果裁判認為處於越位位置的羅那度有組礙到對手的行動 那麼吹他越位我覺得沒錯 其實跟什麼新規則沒關係吧? --
