我在FIFA的网站又看到一篇 IFAB clarifies the on-field application of "Law 11-Offside" http://www.fifa.com/en/media/index/0,1369,109139,00.html 上文於2005/8/18刊於FIFA的网站 上面说到 "今年2/26所更改的新规则 Law 11 and Decisions 1 and 2 (即与越位相关的规则) ,其措词与精神没有改变.但是新规则一次应用在场上时有些需要澄清的地方" 包括以下两段叙述 1. "A player in an offside position may be penalised before playing or touching the ball if, in the opinion of the referee, no other team-mate in an onside position has the opportunity to play the ball." 2. "If an opponent becomes involved in the play and if, in the opinion of the referee, there is potential for physical contact , the player in the offside position shall be penalised for interfering with an opponent." 其实我觉得越解释越怪.. 1.说到 如果处於onside队友没机会play the ball,那麽处於offside的人他在触球前就可以判他 犯规...... 但是没说到如果处於onside队友有机会play the ball,那麽处於offside的人在触球前 算不算犯规 但我觉得 从上两篇西甲比赛的文字叙述来看 如果裁判认为处於越位位置的罗那度有组碍到对手的行动 那麽吹他越位我觉得没错 其实跟什麽新规则没关系吧? --
