成功在ubuntu上compile blast 需要改make file 安裝m4 真麼煩 不過ubuntu上裝eclipse只要勾一下就好了... ubuntu跟redhat的不同在於 ubuntu的哲學是剛好夠用 所以只要一片live cd就可以安裝 安裝時沒得選要安裝的東西 不像redhat可以選一堆(farn says "choose all") 就像xp 而安裝好後有一些必需的程式 for general users like koffice... as for the other packages, we can use apt-get to install what we need apt-get is easy to use... ubuntu is what u need if u like neat and tiny os. ※ 引述《bask (gan)》之銘言： : 真的很不錯 : 很適合一般人用 : but not for rookie programmer in linux env. : 拿來寫程式的話 : 還要自已裝gcc : 不過，算了，這樣裝起來比較乾淨 --
