成功在ubuntu上compile blast 需要改make file 安装m4 真麽烦 不过ubuntu上装eclipse只要勾一下就好了... ubuntu跟redhat的不同在於 ubuntu的哲学是刚好够用 所以只要一片live cd就可以安装 安装时没得选要安装的东西 不像redhat可以选一堆(farn says "choose all") 就像xp 而安装好後有一些必需的程式 for general users like koffice... as for the other packages, we can use apt-get to install what we need apt-get is easy to use... ubuntu is what u need if u like neat and tiny os. ※ 引述《bask (gan)》之铭言： : 真的很不错 : 很适合一般人用 : but not for rookie programmer in linux env. : 拿来写程式的话 : 还要自已装gcc : 不过，算了，这样装起来比较乾净 --
