我們的好朋友黃英慈(ntuee101), 不幸在Ventura發生意外, 於05/29離開了我們, 她在
美國的告別式將在洛杉磯舉行, 詳細的時間與地點如下:
時間: 2005年6月4日 (星期六) 早上10點(太平洋時區), 請務必準時
地點: 洛杉磯 世界中華殯儀館

注意事項:
1. 儀式: 照台灣佛教習俗
2. 奠儀: 限現金(奇數為佳, ex. 30->31), 白包現場會提供
3. 服裝: 素面深色衣 (ex. 黑, 灰, 深藍)
4. 在台灣的告別式將另行通知

Dear friends,
With great sadness and grief, we inform every loved one that our lovely
friend,Ying-Tzu Huang (Grace), as she is forever, left us on 5/29/2005 due
to an unfortunate kayak accident. The memorial ceremony will be held on 10am
(PDT), Saturday 6/4/2005, at Universal Chung Wah Funeral Directors (世界中華
殯儀館).
