我们的好朋友黄英慈(ntuee101), 不幸在Ventura发生意外, 於05/29离开了我们, 她在
美国的告别式将在洛杉矶举行, 详细的时间与地点如下:
时间: 2005年6月4日 (星期六) 早上10点(太平洋时区), 请务必准时
地点: 洛杉矶 世界中华殡仪馆

注意事项:
1. 仪式: 照台湾佛教习俗
2. 奠仪: 限现金(奇数为佳, ex. 30->31), 白包现场会提供
3. 服装: 素面深色衣 (ex. 黑, 灰, 深蓝)
4. 在台湾的告别式将另行通知

Dear friends,
With great sadness and grief, we inform every loved one that our lovely
friend,Ying-Tzu Huang (Grace), as she is forever, left us on 5/29/2005 due
to an unfortunate kayak accident. The memorial ceremony will be held on 10am
(PDT), Saturday 6/4/2005, at Universal Chung Wah Funeral Directors (世界中华
殡仪馆).
