<公告> 研三舍暑假須知Notice for the Summer ===================================================== 親愛的舍胞，大家好^^ 平安度過期末考與颱風，學期即將結束，暑假即將到來；以 下幾件公告與注意事項，請同學留意（特別是沒有暑住的同 學）： 1. 離舍時請將貴重物品請攜帶回家，或委託郵局、台北同學 保管，以免遺失。 2. 回家前請將電腦、桌燈電源關閉，拔掉插頭，關閉窗戶； 各房間最後離舍同學請將寢室燈光關閉，鎖好門後再離去。 3. 7月2至6日，及9至13日，宿舍將請整修廠商進一步處理個 別寢室壁癌與滲水問題，目前已安排修繕的寢室有459, 1035, 1101, 1102, 1103, 1104, 1105, 1107, 1110, 1111, 1112, 1114, 1119, 1120, 1122, 1124, 1125, 1129, 1131, 1132, 1133, 1134, 1135, 1136, 1137， 以及之前寒假修繕時，情況比較嚴重的寢室。因為廠商處 理需要多個步驟（清除、防水、填補、補漆二次…），並 依各寢室情況不同，多次進入施作，故難以掌握詳細的期 程，請同學見諒。 4. 7月23至27日，宿舍將安排整修廠商全面更換書桌插座，詳 細作業期程如下： -------------------------------- | 7月23日(一) | 10、11樓 | |---------------|--------------| | 7月24日(二) | 8、9樓 | |---------------|--------------| | 7月25日(三) | 6、7樓 | |---------------|--------------| | 7月26日(四) | 2、4、5樓 | |---------------|--------------| | 7月27日(五) | (缺失改善) | -------------------------------- 5. 目前宿舍仍在整修廠商驗收及保固階段，寢室內若有需要 修繕的問題，如：滲水、壁癌、蚊帳掛勾脫落等問題，請 儘速回信告知，以利暑假期間安排修繕。 6. 所有進入寢室修繕的部分，將照例由輔導員或宿舍工友陪 同，請同學放心。 敬祝　端午佳節及暑假愉快 研三舍 輔導員 ====================================================== Dear residents: This semester is going to end and the summer vacation is coming. These are some notices for you: 1. Do not leave any expensive items in your room when you leave for traveling. 2. Please turn off and unplug all electrical appliances and make sure that the windows and door are locked. 3. The renovation company will fix the leaks and/or mould in the rooms from 2nd to 6th July and 9th to 13th July. The rooms which require fixing currently are Rooms 459, 1035, 1101, 1102, 1103, 1104 ,1105, 1107, 1110, 1111, 1112, 1114, 1119, 1120, 1122, 1124, 1125, 1129, 1131, 1132, 1133, 1134, 1135, 1136, 1137 as well as the rooms which had more serious problems and have been previously repaired in the last winter vacation. Due to the maintenance requiring many procedures (i.e. cleaning, waterproofing, refilling, repainting etc.) and the different conditions of the rooms, we are unable to provide an accurate schedule for the different rooms. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. 4. The renovation company will change the power outlets on your desk from July 23th to 27th.
