標題<公告>退暑宿費用注意事項

Dear all:
學號為R98~R97、D98~D95、F98~94開頭的同學，
若在學期初有先繳暑宿費用的，或是不暑住，
請最遲於這禮拜五(7/2)前將手續辦理完畢，
下週一(7/5)後 如果再來辦理退暑住，
住宿組會請同學依比例繳交暑假住宿費用，之後才能辦理退宿離校。
學校已經給予彈性5天辦理手續了，請同學多多配合，謝謝!
For those student ID number starts with R98~R97、D98~D95、F98~94:
If you don’t stay in the dorm during summer vacation or you are going to
graduate this summer, and you already pay for summer dorm fees at the
beginning of semester, please come to 2F office before 2nd July (Friday) to
do the procedure and we will refund you the summer dorm fees.
Since next week(starts on 5thJuly), we’ won’t refund you the full summer
dorm fees, it will be refund in proportion. Thanks!
