标题<公告>退暑宿费用注意事项

Dear all:
学号为R98~R97、D98~D95、F98~94开头的同学，
若在学期初有先缴暑宿费用的，或是不暑住，
请最迟於这礼拜五(7/2)前将手续办理完毕，
下周一(7/5)後 如果再来办理退暑住，
住宿组会请同学依比例缴交暑假住宿费用，之後才能办理退宿离校。
学校已经给予弹性5天办理手续了，请同学多多配合，谢谢!
For those student ID number starts with R98~R97、D98~D95、F98~94:
If you don’t stay in the dorm during summer vacation or you are going to
graduate this summer, and you already pay for summer dorm fees at the
beginning of semester, please come to 2F office before 2nd July (Friday) to
do the procedure and we will refund you the summer dorm fees.
Since next week(starts on 5thJuly), we’ won’t refund you the full summer
dorm fees, it will be refund in proportion. Thanks!
