如題 記得你是光 Remember yourself as light 靜心引導： 第一階段：(10分鐘)坐著，閉上眼睛,感覺你的，在你的心有一團火焰正在燃燒，這個火 燄可以是任何一種顏色大小，感覺它的溫暖和光，一團火燄正在你心中燃燒。 第二階段：(10分鐘)帶著全然的在,慢慢的站起來，慢慢移動、慢慢走路，眼睛保持下垂 ，感覺你的身體就像是光的氛圍，圍繞著火焰。在走路的時候，允許身體做它想要做的任 何緩慢的移動動作。 第三階段：(20分鐘)像火焰跳躍般地舞蹈、閃爍、溫暖、消耗吸收任何一切東西，保持覺 知你的心中有一火焰正在燃燒，而你的身體就是光。 第四階段：(15分鐘)躺下、保持寧靜，覺知內在火焰。 Remember yourself as light Instructions for the meditation: A tantric meditation Stage1: (10min) Sit, eyes closed, feeling your heart. In your heart a flame is burning. The fame can be any colour, any size, feel the warmth, the light. A flame is burning in your heart. Stag2: (10min) With total presence, move in a slow walk, eyes lowered. Your body is just an aura of light around the flame. Let the body make any slow movements it wants while walking. Stag3: (20min) Dance like a flame, flickering, warm, consuming everything. Staying aware that in your heart a flame is burning and your body is light.
