Remember yourself as light
静心引导:
第一阶段:(10分钟)坐着,闭上眼睛,感觉你的,在你的心有一团火焰正在燃烧,这个火
焰可以是任何一种颜色大小,感觉它的温暖和光,一团火焰正在你心中燃烧。
第二阶段:(10分钟)带着全然的在,慢慢的站起来,慢慢移动、慢慢走路,眼睛保持下垂
,感觉你的身体就像是光的氛围,围绕着火焰。在走路的时候,允许身体做它想要做的任
何缓慢的移动动作。
第三阶段:(20分钟)像火焰跳跃般地舞蹈、闪烁、温暖、消耗吸收任何一切东西,保持觉
知你的心中有一火焰正在燃烧,而你的身体就是光。
第四阶段:(15分钟)躺下、保持宁静,觉知内在火焰。

Instructions for the meditation:
A tantric meditation
Stage1: (10min) Sit, eyes closed, feeling your heart. In your heart a flame
is burning. The fame can be any colour, any size, feel the warmth, the light.
A flame is burning in your heart.
Stag2: (10min) With total presence, move in a slow walk, eyes lowered. Your
body is just an aura of light around the flame. Let the body make any slow
movements it wants while walking.
Stag3: (20min) Dance like a flame, flickering, warm, consuming everything.
Staying aware that in your heart a flame is burning and your body is light.
Stage4: (15min) Lie down in silence, aware of the inner flame.
