1. Please list out at least four reasons that will make the receptor tyrosine
kinase EGFR constitutively active. (8%)
2. What are the molecular mechanisms of Src activation? What is the Src
mutation in virus that will cause the sarcoma? (8%)
3. What are the five members in the Ras family? (5%)
4. What are the molecular mechanisms from GDP-associated Ras to GTP-associated
Ras? (5%)
5. Why does the mutation G12D in Ras make it become constitutively active?

(考前提醒有提到mutation會造成影響,但上課+講義中找不到...Orz)
6. How does MEK1/2 activate ERK1/2? What are the two groups of proteins
regulated by ERK1/2? (8%)
(答案似乎是轉錄因子TCF與RSF,很容易忽視帶過的地方)
7. What is the function of the MAPK scaffold proteins? (7%)
8. What are the possible reasons for proto-oncogenes to become oncogenes?
Please list out at least four possibilities. (8%)
9. If BRCA1 or BRCA2 gains loss-of-function mutations in both of its allele,
is there any possible therapeutic strategy to target this kind of cancer
