mutation in virus that will cause the sarcoma? (8%)
3. What are the five members in the Ras family? (5%)
4. What are the molecular mechanisms from GDP-associated Ras to GTP-associated

5. Why does the mutation G12D in Ras make it become constitutively active?

(答案似乎是转录因子TCF与RSF,很容易忽视带过的地方)
7. What is the function of the MAPK scaffold proteins? (7%)
8. What are the possible reasons for proto-oncogenes to become oncogenes?

9. If BRCA1 or BRCA2 gains loss-of-function mutations in both of its allele,
