10個人同時猜一個0~100的整數(假設分別為a1,a2,a3,.....,a10)，最後誰猜的數字
最接近m=(a1+a2+a3+.....+a10)/20這個數即可拿走10萬元獎金。如果有好幾個人所
猜的數字一樣接近m，則獎金平分給這些猜一樣數字的人。其他所猜數字不是最接近
m的人則沒有任何報酬。
