(a)試列舉「貨幣學派( Monetarists )」的主要看法( propositions )。 (b)傾向於「重貨幣學派」的經濟學者曾提出不少支持上述那些看法的 arguments。試 就下列各項觀念說明其 arguments：「Lags」，「Multiplier Uncertainty」 「Time Inconsistency」，「Nominal Anchor」。 (c)你覺得劉兆玄內閣到目前所提出的總體經濟方向的政策是「支持」或「不支持」 重貨幣學派的看法？為甚麼？ 3. (a) Assume that consumption and permanet income are derived as shown in the following two question: C = kY^p Y^p = Y^p + j(Y-Y^p) ↘ ↙ 這兩個都是前一期的 Y^p Let k=0.85 and j=0.6. Assume that in 2005 actual income of $250000 equals permanent income. What would be the permanent income for 2006, 2007, and 2008 if actual income for those three years were $280000, $350000, and $300000, respectively? What would be consumption spending in those three years? (b) Consumption Function 是要解釋整個經濟社會的 consumption spending。 Consumption function 的理論發展經歷了幾個階段。是說明下列經濟學者的貢獻: (1) J.M. Keynes 的 「fundamental psychological laws」。 (2) S. Kuznets 的實證發現 (3) F.Modigliani 的 Life Cycle Hypothesis。 (c)說明 The Boom and Bust in "New Economy" Investment。 4. (a)是說明 Friedman 的 「Fooling Model」與 「Lucas Supply Function」這兩套模 型的內容。特別要指出他們「模型性質」與所要表達的「信息」的相同和相異點。 (b) Gordon 認為這整個 New Classical Economics 有怎樣的缺點？ (c)何謂 Menu Costs Theory？為何說這是一個有 Externality 的現象？ 5. (a)從總體經濟面來看，台灣的總體經計有怎樣顯著的特徵？為何會形成這些特徵？ (b)遭遇能源危機時，台灣的「實質經濟成長」與「通貨膨脹」變動趨勢與美國很不 相同？試問是怎樣的不同？如何由 part(a) 所提特徵來解釋此不同的變動趨勢？ (c)為何在二十世紀前半學者普遍認為儒家思想與傳統並不利於現代資本主義的發展？ 從台灣快速發展經驗來看，儒家思想與傳統如何有助於經濟發展 --
