Ron Rivera Signs Three-Year Extension With Panthers

The Carolina Panthers and Ron Rivera have agreed upon a three-year contract
extension.
Rivera's deal now lasts through the 2017 season.
黑豹教練Ron Rivera在本週二與球隊簽了一份為期三年的延長合約，這將讓Rivera
與球隊的合作關係，可以持續到2017年。
The Panthers won 11 of their final 12 regular season games to finish with a
12-4 record and a first round bye.
黑豹隊本季打出12勝4負的優質戰績，不僅讓球隊拿到國南冠軍，十月以後的12場比賽
只輸一場也讓人印象深刻。比較可惜的是，黑豹雖然有第二輪主場優勢卻輸球了。
"The improvement of our team has been reflected in the progress of the record
over the last three seasons under Ron and we look forward to building upon
that foundation," Panthers owner Jerry Richardson said in a prepared
statement.
黑豹老闆Jerry Richardson表示：「我們球隊的戰績進步，充分反映了球隊在Ron掌權
三個球季下個成果，而我們也期望在這個基礎下建構球隊。」
The Panthers came off a 2-14 season when Rivera replaced John Fox.
黑豹之前是由現任野馬教練John Fox執教，但他離開前只留下2-14的難看成績。
