Ron Rivera Signs Three-Year Extension With Panthers

The Carolina Panthers and Ron Rivera have agreed upon a three-year contract
extension.
Rivera's deal now lasts through the 2017 season.
黑豹教练Ron Rivera在本周二与球队签了一份为期三年的延长合约，这将让Rivera
与球队的合作关系，可以持续到2017年。
The Panthers won 11 of their final 12 regular season games to finish with a
12-4 record and a first round bye.
黑豹队本季打出12胜4负的优质战绩，不仅让球队拿到国南冠军，十月以後的12场比赛
只输一场也让人印象深刻。比较可惜的是，黑豹虽然有第二轮主场优势却输球了。
"The improvement of our team has been reflected in the progress of the record
over the last three seasons under Ron and we look forward to building upon
that foundation," Panthers owner Jerry Richardson said in a prepared
statement.
黑豹老板Jerry Richardson表示：「我们球队的战绩进步，充分反映了球队在Ron掌权
三个球季下个成果，而我们也期望在这个基础下建构球队。」
The Panthers came off a 2-14 season when Rivera replaced John Fox.
黑豹之前是由现任野马教练John Fox执教，但他离开前只留下2-14的难看成绩。
