You must have a degree from a 4 year University or have “sufficient” negotiation experience to apply. 要代表一個籃球員，必須先得註冊為 NBPA(註) 的球員經紀人。你得有個四年的 大學學位或者擁有"足夠"的溝通經驗才能申請。 Once you become an NBPA Agent, you have to pay an annual fee no later than July 1st. There is also a mandatory seminar for agents each year (experienced agents may be given permission to not attend).
