You must have a degree from a 4 year University or have “sufficient” negotiation experience to apply. 要代表一个篮球员，必须先得注册为 NBPA(注) 的球员经纪人。你得有个四年的 大学学位或者拥有"足够"的沟通经验才能申请。 Once you become an NBPA Agent, you have to pay an annual fee no later than July 1st. There is also a mandatory seminar for agents each year (experienced agents may be given permission to not attend).
