(突然看到,覺得很有趣XD...真的有這間研究所,在北縣金山)
<九十三年度中華佛學研究所入學試題>

一、Translation: From English into Chinese
(英翻中，不必抄題，題號請寫清楚) (60%)
1. On the contrary, a true Buddhist is the happiest of beings.He has no
fears or anxieties, He is always calm and serene, and cannot be upset
or dismayed by changes or calamities, because he sees things as they are.
2. The Buddha was not only a human being; he claimed no inspiration from
any god or external power either. He attributed all his realization,
attainments and achievements to human endeavour and human intelligence.
3. Buddhism aims at creating a society where the ruinous struggle for power
is renounced; where calm and peace prevail away from conquest and defeat;
where the persecution of the innocent is vehemently denounced; where one
who conquers oneself is more respected than those who conquer millions by
military and economic warfare; where hatred is conquered by kindness,and
evil by goodness.
