And basically, what you're having right now is guys wanting to do the right thing; they're coming over and helping when it isn't necessarily their assignment to help. And then, on the next play, nobody goes because we're getting mixed up on who is supposed to go and this and that. So, all of that stuff is creeping in and the only thing to do is tune it up. The great thing about that is its one thing if guys aren't hustling or making the effort; then you say, "Okay, we got a problem. We got to try and get guys' motors going." Who decides these things? 為何你不在明星賽投票名單裡?誰決定這些 Yea, you know what, what happens is I actually found out because someone called me and asked me and I said, "I have no clue about it." But, basically, what happens is at the beginning of the year, they only put the starters on the ballot.
