It's more so trusting in one another and understanding out defensive assignments. What happens is, just like great defense and you start trusting one another, the offensive side starts to creep in. And basically, what you're having right now is guys wanting to do the right thing; they're coming over and helping when it isn't necessarily their assignment to help. And then, on the next play, nobody goes because we're getting mixed up on who is supposed to go and this and that. So, all of that stuff is creeping in and the only thing to do is tune it up. The great thing about that is its one thing if guys aren't hustling or making the effort; then you say, "Okay, we got a problem. We got to try and get guys' motors going." But, basically, what happens is at the beginning of the year, they only put the starters on the ballot.
