Prove or disprove that if exp(A)-I is nilpotent ,then A is nilpotent

感覺應該是對,找不太到反例.
希望有人能幫我解答,感激不盡

樓上確定那個是反例嗎? A=[-2pi 0 ] 還是是我會錯意?
