這幾天在準備報告 所以問了很多問題 請見諒 我找的paper實驗的地方我是有看沒有懂 各個單字翻譯過也都ok 但是湊起來就不是那麼一回事 由於是實驗的地方 所以小心謹慎一點的好 不知有沒有人能幫我翻譯一下我好對照我自己翻的狗屁不通的怪東西 The binary Nb-Ti couples were first prepared by diffusion welding the elemental bars in a silica capsule back-filled with high purity argon at 1100 度C for 72 h. One of the Nb-Ti couples and a Si block were ground, polished, cleaned, and then swathed together with Mo wires to make a Nb-Ti-Si diffusion couple, which was wrapped in Mo foil. Three well-prepared Nb-Ti-Si diffusion couples were sealed in a silica capsule back-filled with high purity argon, and annealed in an L4514-type diffusion furnace (Qingdao Instrument and Equipment Co. Ltd., China) at 1000 ± 1度 C for 440 h. After completion of annealing, the samples were quenched in water. The alloys were prepared by arc melting pure elements in an arc furnace under argon at- mosphere using a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
