for some strange reason i can't type chinese here anymore ~_~ every word i type becomes a question mark "?" can someone help me please~~ for the mean time i'll answer the questions in english lo~ sorry~ 不知為何打不出中文 ~_~ 字都會變成問號 "?" 有人可以幫幫忙嗎 please~~ 這段時間我就先用英文回答問題囉~ sorry~ : １、馬克最近有哪些休閒娛樂呢？如果要控制體重的話會建議哪些飲食？>w< lately i've been super busy with work, commercials and all the promo for monga. so i haven't had any time to do any leisure activities.... but if you want to maintain or lose weight usually you should avoid foods with high calories (obviously) so basically anything deep fried or sweets also the time of day you take your meals is also important technicially, you shouldn't eat after 8pm or some go as far as 6pm and probably should avoid late night snacks eat a lot for breakfast, less for lunch and close to nothing for dinner but to be honest, i usually don't follow these rules =p haha 最近在忙廣告和艋舺的宣傳, 超級忙的. 所以沒什麼休閒娛樂的時間 不過如果想保持或控制體重的話 一般要避免吃高熱量的食物(這是當然的啦) 基本上就是炸的或甜的東西 每天進食的時間也很重要 嚴格來說, 不要八點後進食 有人六點就不吃了 當然也是避免晚上吃宵夜 早餐吃很多 午餐減一點量 晚餐的量最少(近乎沒吃東西) 不過老實說 我自己也很少遵守這些 準則 =p 哈哈 : ２、關於新文「眼鏡」,為什麼沒有近視 還會覺得模糊咧？ because i put the glasses on when i'm not short sighted and if anything, the point of the article is not really about what it appears to be on the surface, you have to dig a littel deeper to understand and gain your own perspective on it =] 因為戴眼鏡的時候我沒有近視啊 要說有什麼不一樣, 就是文章的重點不只是表面文字描述的那樣 需要思考更深層的意涵去瞭解它 這樣你就會有自己的見解了 =] : ３、mark最近在itunes播放次數最高是什麼歌呢？ olivia ong - bittersweet great song : ４、請問馬克會滑雪嗎？ i snowboard =] : ５、馬克有沒有喜歡看哪種類型的書？ i read everything =] : ６、Mark有沒有打算要主持帶狀綜藝節目？ maybe in the future? but i really don't think i'm suitable for that kind of show if i were to host a show it'll probably be more like a one on one interview kind of show 未來或許有可能? 但我覺得自己沒有很適合主持綜藝節目 如果有機會主持節目的話 或許會是類似一對一的訪談節目 sorry i had to answer in english everyone =='' but somehow i can't type chinese so if someone can help me with this that'll be great thx!!~~ 歹勢 用英文來作答 ==" 不之為何我不能打中文 如果有人能幫幫忙那就太好啦 謝謝!!~~ -- 有誤解意思麻煩大家幫忙指正囉~ --
