for some strange reason i can't type chinese here anymore ~_~ every word i type becomes a question mark "?" can someone help me please~~ for the mean time i'll answer the questions in english lo~ sorry~ 不知为何打不出中文 ~_~ 字都会变成问号 "?" 有人可以帮帮忙吗 please~~ 这段时间我就先用英文回答问题罗~ sorry~ : １、马克最近有哪些休闲娱乐呢？如果要控制体重的话会建议哪些饮食？>w< lately i've been super busy with work, commercials and all the promo for monga. so i haven't had any time to do any leisure activities.... but if you want to maintain or lose weight usually you should avoid foods with high calories (obviously) so basically anything deep fried or sweets also the time of day you take your meals is also important technicially, you shouldn't eat after 8pm or some go as far as 6pm and probably should avoid late night snacks eat a lot for breakfast, less for lunch and close to nothing for dinner but to be honest, i usually don't follow these rules =p haha 最近在忙广告和艋舺的宣传, 超级忙的. 所以没什麽休闲娱乐的时间 不过如果想保持或控制体重的话 一般要避免吃高热量的食物(这是当然的啦) 基本上就是炸的或甜的东西 每天进食的时间也很重要 严格来说, 不要八点後进食 有人六点就不吃了 当然也是避免晚上吃宵夜 早餐吃很多 午餐减一点量 晚餐的量最少(近乎没吃东西) 不过老实说 我自己也很少遵守这些 准则 =p 哈哈 : ２、关於新文「眼镜」,为什麽没有近视 还会觉得模糊咧？ because i put the glasses on when i'm not short sighted and if anything, the point of the article is not really about what it appears to be on the surface, you have to dig a littel deeper to understand and gain your own perspective on it =] 因为戴眼镜的时候我没有近视啊 要说有什麽不一样, 就是文章的重点不只是表面文字描述的那样 需要思考更深层的意涵去了解它 这样你就会有自己的见解了 =] : ３、mark最近在itunes播放次数最高是什麽歌呢？ olivia ong - bittersweet great song : ４、请问马克会滑雪吗？ i snowboard =] : ５、马克有没有喜欢看哪种类型的书？ i read everything =] : ６、Mark有没有打算要主持带状综艺节目？ maybe in the future? but i really don't think i'm suitable for that kind of show if i were to host a show it'll probably be more like a one on one interview kind of show 未来或许有可能? 但我觉得自己没有很适合主持综艺节目 如果有机会主持节目的话 或许会是类似一对一的访谈节目 sorry i had to answer in english everyone =='' but somehow i can't type chinese so if someone can help me with this that'll be great thx!!~~ 歹势 用英文来作答 ==" 不之为何我不能打中文 如果有人能帮帮忙那就太好啦 谢谢!!~~ -- 有误解意思麻烦大家帮忙指正罗~ --
