標題請問我在用XCode開新Project的時候

請問一下，就是我用XCode (1.5) 新增一個Project
當我要開啟他已經幫我建好的那個Source Code時，卻出現以下錯誤：
The file "/Users/Jefflen/Desktop/test/test.java" failed to load.
Check that the specified encoding for the file is correct.
The encoding for project files is set in using the inspector.
The default encoding for newly opened files is set in the Preferences window.
而打不開檔案，請問為什麼？
