标题请问我在用XCode开新Project的时候

请问一下，就是我用XCode (1.5) 新增一个Project
当我要开启他已经帮我建好的那个Source Code时，却出现以下错误：
The file "/Users/Jefflen/Desktop/test/test.java" failed to load.
Check that the specified encoding for the file is correct.
The encoding for project files is set in using the inspector.
The default encoding for newly opened files is set in the Preferences window.
而打不开档案，请问为什麽？
