However, there's a difference between control and command. No, this isn't meant to conjure up memories of "White Men Can't Jump" -- specifically, a "you may listen to Jimi, but you don't hear Jimi" semantics debate. 是的，理論上，對投手而言只有好一點的控球投起球來就會比較簡單。但是控制 (Control)和掌控(Command)還是有差異的。不，這不是意味著讓你想起記憶中的 " 白人跳不高"的詭辯 － 特別是，"你可能聽過Jimi Hendrix, 但卻沒有聽到Jimi Hendrix" 這些語意的辯論。 So much for doing the right thing. There's reason to be hopeful, though. Milwaukee's Dave Bush and Cleveland's Paul Byrd -- while flawed -- are still closer to success than their numbers indicate.
