Have you heard about Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) before? 3. What aspects of CWRU attract you the most? 4. What other schools have you applied to? 5. Did you ever come to the US before studying at UPenn for your masters? 6. What is the teamwork style at your current position? 7. If you were a manager of a team of 10 people and were asked to lay off 5 of them, how would you make the decision? 8. What is your short-term career goal upon graduation? 9. What are your hobbies? 10. What matters the most to you, and what is your core? 11. Do you have any questions or other things you think we need to clarify? -- 一月時我其實已經將全部的申請都送出去了， 但 CWRU 寄信給我說對我的背景很有興趣希望我申請， 並附上免申請費和優先考慮入學的 VIP 邀請， 因此在幾乎不需要增加任何成本的前提下， 我決定多申請這間。 值得一提的是 CWRU 並沒有採用 blind interview 的方式， 所以事前都很仔細看過申請人的 CV 和 essay。 另外或許是因為他們商學院排名並沒有很前面， 所以除了面試原有的問答之外， Steve 也很認真抓緊每個空檔推銷學校和克里夫蘭這座城市。 Steve 的個性很好相處， 無論是他在說話或聽我說話時臉上總是掛著微笑。 除了小妹我因為感冒偶爾咳嗽之外， 大致上面試過程還算流暢。 結束時他稱讚我談論自己的專業和生涯規劃很專業， 並很有禮貌地祝福我感冒快點好起來（超溫馨）！ 最近又到了放榜的高峰期， 等選校確定後我會再來寫一篇心得文， 祝各位板友接錄取信接到手軟！ --
