Did you ever come to the US before studying at UPenn for your masters? 6. What is the teamwork style at your current position? 7. If you were a manager of a team of 10 people and were asked to lay off 5 of them, how would you make the decision? 8. What is your short-term career goal upon graduation? 9. What are your hobbies? 10. What matters the most to you, and what is your core? 11. Do you have any questions or other things you think we need to clarify? -- 一月时我其实已经将全部的申请都送出去了， 但 CWRU 寄信给我说对我的背景很有兴趣希望我申请， 并附上免申请费和优先考虑入学的 VIP 邀请， 因此在几乎不需要增加任何成本的前提下， 我决定多申请这间。 值得一提的是 CWRU 并没有采用 blind interview 的方式， 所以事前都很仔细看过申请人的 CV 和 essay。 另外或许是因为他们商学院排名并没有很前面， 所以除了面试原有的问答之外， Steve 也很认真抓紧每个空档推销学校和克里夫兰这座城市。 Steve 的个性很好相处， 无论是他在说话或听我说话时脸上总是挂着微笑。 除了小妹我因为感冒偶尔咳嗽之外， 大致上面试过程还算流畅。 结束时他称赞我谈论自己的专业和生涯规划很专业， 并很有礼貌地祝福我感冒快点好起来（超温馨）！ 最近又到了放榜的高峰期， 等选校确定後我会再来写一篇心得文， 祝各位板友接录取信接到手软！ --
