標題[問題] VP的complement

請問板上高手都是如何分辨VP的complement?
尤其是帶著的PP...更難分...
NP的complement是指NP的內涵,
這個比較好懂,
可是VP呢?
講內涵好像又不太對...囧>
例如
Bill may [turn against John]
I [agree with you over this]
第一個我覺得
against John 是 turn 的 complement...是嗎?!
第二個我覺得
with you 是 agree 的 complement, over this 是 adjunct,
可是講 I agree 好像也可以, 這樣 with you 就會變成 optional (adjunct)
矛盾了......
可以請高手幫忙一下嗎? 〒▽〒
