標題有人住在御園道嗎

最近看房子 蠻喜歡在文三二街的御園道
本來最擔心的瓦斯行似乎已經不見了
只是那裡的陽台都對著建築物中間 很奇怪
有人住那裡嗎 想知道管委會運作得如何
如果我想知道管委會好不好 要怎麼知道呢
