标题有人住在御园道吗

最近看房子 蛮喜欢在文三二街的御园道
本来最担心的瓦斯行似乎已经不见了
只是那里的阳台都对着建筑物中间 很奇怪
有人住那里吗 想知道管委会运作得如何
如果我想知道管委会好不好 要怎麽知道呢
