37.139.*.* 是Tigervpns提供之免費VPN，
本人僅使用其當作跳板避免訟棍滋擾，
同日內使用過同一國別之VPN當然會出現相同IP，
本人並不認識NYWang5566等帳號亦未於Stock板發表文章過，
請組務逕送至帳號部查詢，感謝。
