標題[問題] “分不清楚“的英文

舉個例子來說
because they are twins,I always can't keep them straight
我之前學的片語是keep.....straight
請問一下有沒有其它的用法呢？
譬如說：我通常分不清楚這兩個字的意思
請問該怎麼翻譯比較好呢？
