标题[问题] “分不清楚“的英文

举个例子来说
because they are twins,I always can't keep them straight
我之前学的片语是keep.....straight
请问一下有没有其它的用法呢？
譬如说：我通常分不清楚这两个字的意思
请问该怎麽翻译比较好呢？
