標題[文法] 請問間接問句的文法

今天聽外國人在唸課文，如下:
..Court battles occur to decide who is the child's real mother....
正確用法不是應該是Court battles occur to decide who the child's real mother is
嗎?
補充：
who is the child's real mother ? 和 who are you ? ---＞相同句型
一般聽到的間接問句是 I don't even know who you are.
我好像沒聽過 I don't even know who are you. 的句子耶
所以我才不曉得為什麼那個外國人要說
