标题[文法] 请问间接问句的文法

今天听外国人在念课文，如下:
..Court battles occur to decide who is the child's real mother....
正确用法不是应该是Court battles occur to decide who the child's real mother is
吗?
补充：
who is the child's real mother ? 和 who are you ? ---＞相同句型
一般听到的间接问句是 I don't even know who you are.
我好像没听过 I don't even know who are you. 的句子耶
所以我才不晓得为什麽那个外国人要说
