But people here have been thrilled and excited since Day One. Obviously, that's nice. It feels good to be in this situation. It's fun. He takes a lot of the pressure off my shoulders offensively. I still think I have a big role on this team. So I'm good. As players, we wanted to do well. But a lot of our home games were half empty. That was hard. I come here and every game is sold out, and that's fun. We've got 100-percent committed loyalty and it's unconditional. That's what you should have. That was hard to swallow. But I'll probably be thankful to Michael Heisley for the rest of my life. He allowed me to be here. That's something I'll always remember. It wasn't enough. I don't think the Grizzlies will ever have enough to be at that highest level. I'm not saying that's easy, especially the way things are in the West. Every team is really strong.
