EFFECT OF TERMINATION. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement , all of Easy' s rights to market, distribute, and use the Programs shall cease; provided, however that a Sublicense granted by Easy shall continue in full force and effect unless the Sublicense has breached its sublicense agreement, in which cease Easy shall terminate the sublicense within thirty (30) days if such breach remain uncured. If this Agreement expires or is terminated for any reason, neither party will be liable to the other because of such expiration nor termination for damages for the loss of prospective profits, anticipated sales or good will. Termination of this Agreement or any license shall not limit either party from pursuing other remedies available to it, including injunctive relief, nor shall such termination relieve a party's obligation to pay all fees that have accrued or are otherwise owed by a party under this Agreement, any Order Form or any fees report.
