標題[問題] 出差在Amazon買東西後退換貨

聯繫他們的customer service後一直進入cycle..
因為每次online chat都會換一個assistant，
所以他們又會重他們SOP的第一步開始幫忙你..
一開始我發現買來的Notebook外觀有點瑕疵想退換貨，就開始一連串的..
1. 發出 return and refund
2. 等兩天賣家未回覆
3. File a claim
4. 等兩天還是沒回應
5. 問Amazon
6. Amazon 代我mail 賣家
7. 等兩天賣家未回覆
8. 問Amazon，說已經找xxx team協助解決，很快會有進一步回覆
9. 收到mail如下
Hello from Amazon.com.
We are writing you to follow up regarding order 104-5939382-xxxxxxx. The
tracking information for USPS VJ65253xxxxUS indicates that this shipment was
delivered to your hotel address.
Please note that we are not able to assist with a Marketplace order that is
shipped to a hotel and then passed onto another location as we can only
guarantee the order to the shipping address provided. As a result your claim
has been closed.

現在已經不抱希望退換貨了，只是剛又發現他們給我的charger跟notebook不match...
請問這是只能買一個新的嗎? 還是LA這邊有得買轉接頭? 我住Irvine這邊的旅館。
