标题[问题] 出差在Amazon买东西後退换货

联系他们的customer service後一直进入cycle..
因为每次online chat都会换一个assistant，
所以他们又会重他们SOP的第一步开始帮忙你..
一开始我发现买来的Notebook外观有点瑕疵想退换货，就开始一连串的..
1. 发出 return and refund
2. 等两天卖家未回覆
3. File a claim
4. 等两天还是没回应
5. 问Amazon
6. Amazon 代我mail 卖家
7. 等两天卖家未回覆
8. 问Amazon，说已经找xxx team协助解决，很快会有进一步回覆
9. 收到mail如下
Hello from Amazon.com.
We are writing you to follow up regarding order 104-5939382-xxxxxxx. The
tracking information for USPS VJ65253xxxxUS indicates that this shipment was
delivered to your hotel address.
Please note that we are not able to assist with a Marketplace order that is
shipped to a hotel and then passed onto another location as we can only
guarantee the order to the shipping address provided. As a result your claim
has been closed.
Thank you for your understanding.

现在已经不抱希望退换货了，只是刚又发现他们给我的charger跟notebook不match...
请问这是只能买一个新的吗? 还是LA这边有得买转接头? 我住Irvine这边的旅馆。
